I love watching the moments when everything connects for the child. I believe that children should have an
ample amount of time outdoors to explore and grow cognitively and socially. Seeing children test their limits
and gain confidence through everyday play and experiences is a magical thing to witness.
When I am not teaching you will most likely find me outside doing something active with my husband, son
and family pup. We are usually walking the beach, running, and cycling in the warmer months and nordic
skiing and ice fishing in the winter months. Even though I am born & raised here in Maine, I enjoy exploring
new areas around the state (and New England)- finding the hidden “hole in the wall” places to eat at.
