I believe that in order to grow an understanding of the world, one must first value silliness. Children engage with this concept with enthusiasm and creativity, and the melding of observation and knowledge acquisition with play inspires me to my core! I am always delighted to share in children’s curiosity toward Mains ecosystems as well as my experience teaching K-8 French.
Outside of the classroom, I love lounging in my backyard with my nine chickens and my cat. I am a motivated nature nerd and I love to hike, bike, rock climb, garden, play cello, paint and I love to make food.
